This would make a very striking central piece to a vestment Orphrey. This is surrounded with a decorative border to frame the image.
Lamb of God is a title for Jesus that appears in the Gospel of St. John. It appears at John 1:29, where John the Baptist sees Jesus and exclaims, "Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.
The badge does have an iron on backing (it is optional to iron it on), for application I would recommend pressing firmly (with a cloth over the badge to secure and then to follow with some stitching.
