I do also have a variation of this badge which reads "The Way of St James" if you prefer the English version.

We have an extensive collection of religious patches, which have attached iron on backing making them very easy to fix or sew on to clothing.

We would recommend ironing patch to place and then sew onto the item in question to make it much stronger.
